    The Johnson Aerospace and Engineering Department is very excited to be the first high school in Saint Paul to offer the rigorous challenges of Aerospace and Engineering to its students.

    Johnson has a rich tradition when it comes to athletics. Students have many opportunities to join a sports team. We offer more than twenty-five athletic activities during the school year. 10th Grade Wrestler Luis Cirilo qualified for 2015 State Tournament. Click here to learn more.

    Micheal Thompson, an experienced school leader, is the principal of Johnson Senior High School. He has spent more than 25 years with Saint Paul Public Schools, most recently serving as principal of Gordon Parks High School. Thompson first began working with Saint Paul Public Schools in 1986 as a teacher and spent 10 years at Johnson Senior teaching English.

    The final Parent Advisory Council (PAC) meeting of the 2015-16 is scheduled for Wednesday, May 25 from 6:00 to 6:45 in the Johnson High School Library. This meeting will focus on a review and feedback session for the 2016-17 Johnson High School Continuous Improvement Plan (SCIP)
