Saint Paul Public Schools engages in a process of continuous improvement. At the school level, a major tool in the improvement process is the School Comprehensive Improvement Plan (SCIP). The SCIP is a strategic document that district schools utilize to identify annual improvement priorities at each school.

2023-2024 Family Engagement Plan
Johnson Aerospace & Engineering High School is committed to student growth and achievement through the collaboration of staff, parents/guardians, students, and community members. Johnson is a Title I school. Title I is a part of U.S. education law that provides extra help for students to learn at their grade level and to graduate on time.
One important requirement of Title I is that schools have a plan for working with families. *The Family Engagement Plan is updated each spring. We invite and encourage all parents/guardians, and students at JHS to participate in the updating of our Family Engagement Plan for the 2023-24 school year.
